This is a move from the typical office based hours for services to all reactive and support services being accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. A Cyber threat, a technology issue or a data breach will be handled any time of any day by our team of experts.

Protecture247 includes the following:

  • Emergency 24/7 Support: Offered to all our clients for urgent issues at no extra cost.
  • Extended Hours Support: A bolt on that will help you achieve the uptime you need. All businesses are different. Therefore, this service is scoped and scaled according to your requirements.
  • Emergency New Business Support: A service designed for companies that aren’t existing customers and are experiencing significant problems with an IT service that needs immediate remote help.
